Why am I required to E-Sign?

E-Signing a document is legally the same as signing a document with ink, and is accepted by USCIS as a valid signature. You should not E-Sign any document you would not sign with a pen. By entering your name, your account password, and clicking “E-Sign Application”, you are promising that everything you have answered is complete, true, and correct. Falsifying any information on this application can result in loss of immigration status and being charged with crimes.
