# If I need an accommodation for my disability in the application or interview process, how do I go about requesting it?

## Make your request online or by calling: 1-800-375-5283

According to USCIS instructions, you are able to indicate if you need to request an accommodation or special treatment due to a disability when you are completing Form I-90. Or you can do so by contacting the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. CITATION: 1) Page 7.
