How can I upload my documents?

If you have a smartphone, you may gather your documents, then using your smartphone, log in to this site. Tap Application Center > File Application to navigate to the Upload Supporting Documents page. Choose a document type and tap Upload. This will open your smartphone’s camera or allow you to “browse” your photo library or stored files for upload.
A few tips for taking pictures of your documents if you have a computer only: Go to a private company which offers document scanning services (such as a UPS store, FedEx/Kinko’s, or similar) with your supporting documents and ask them to scan your files. Find a nearby store. Important things to remember when using a private company for scanning: There will be a charge for this service, up to $1.00 or more per page.
